Corporate Headshots with Blake

A few weeks ago I had the pleasure of capturing some corporate headshots with Blake. We just got his session in just before the quarantine from the Covid-19 madness took effect. Blake is a risk analysis expert in the Virginia area. He needed to have professional headshots to add to his LinkedIn profile, email signature and other online platforms. 

We did a series of headshots both in the studio for a more corporate look and we went outdoors and shot an urban session for his other profiles. One of the benefits of living in the Washington D.C area is that we have so many gorgeous areas to shoot outdoors. 

Your linked in profile image is one of the most important 400 pixels you can fill. It makes the difference between people clicking on your profile or passing you by. LinkedIn has done studies that show that profiles that have an image, out perform those that don't. Of the profiles that do have images, those that have professional headshots get 9x more activity. This translates into connection requests, profile views and potential clients seeking you out to work with them. We tend to want to connect with and do business with people we like and trust.
