Office Headshots on-location

Medical headshots for an office team are some of my favorite work. Doctors have a hectic schedule, and often it changes very quickly so a trip to the studio with everyone for their headshot session isn’t going to work. The answer? I bring the studio to your office. I like this because I get to work quickly and often have to improvise. This lets the doctors continue working while I’m shooting headshots creating as little disruption to their schedule as possible.

I have a portable on-location headshot studio set-up that I bring to sessions. I get all the doctors lined up through email with a time. Once they come in, I’m all ready to go.

I shoot on a laptop so we can view their headshots large, as we shoot. This helps us make tweaks during the session instead of finding out we had a problem afterward, saving doctors the pain and trouble of having to do it all over.

Turnaround time

Turnaround time is an important consideration when shooting medical offices. New hires want to get their headshots on the company website as quickly as possible to start marketing themselves. I do all my own retouching and can often have images out within a day or two depending on how many doctors I’m photographing.

If there are more than 10 doctors I can send them to my retoucher and have them back out fairly quickly.
